Job Description
Mức lương 1800 đô la/tháng++ đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh (Mỹ Phẩm, ID17469) cho một công ty đầu tư Việt Nam:
- Xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh theo định hướng phát triển do BGĐ đề ra
- Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh theo kỳ tháng, quý và năm;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về mục tiêu doanh thu đã cam kết và kết quả đạt được;
- Nghiên cứu đối thủ, thị trường, cập nhật xu hướng hướng kinh doanh mới để đưa ra chiến lược kinh doanh phù hợp các giai đoạn của thị trường;
- Tổ chức xây dựng, phát triển và đánh giá hiệu quả các kênh bán hàng của công ty, và đưa ra giải pháp phát triển các kênh bán hàng hiệu quả qua các kênh online và offine
- Phối hợp bộ phận MKT xây dựng các chương trình khuyến mại, ưu đãi, quà tặng khách hàng nhằm thúc đẩy doanh số. - Đẩy mạnh phát triển thương hiệu của Công ty trên thị trường; - Là cầu nối giữa Sales và Marketing bằng việc am hiểu rõ về kiến thức nghiên cứu thị trường và Digital Marketing nhằm hỗ trợ tối đa cho việc kinh doanh của công ty.
Requirement
- Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, kinh tế, Marketing hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có từ 05-07 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương Trưởng Phòng/Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh về Dược Mỹ phẩm
- Có kinh nghiệm Xây dựng hệ thống quản lý kênh, kiểm tra, giám sát nhà phân phối, đại lý, phát triển các điểm bán hàng
