Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh (FMCG, $2700++, ID21633):
1. Xây dựng & Triển khai Chiến lược Kinh doanh
1. Xây dựng & Triển khai Chiến lược Kinh doanh
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh, đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh thu.
- Phân tích thị trường và xây dựng chính sách giá, chiết khấu, khuyến mại phù hợp.
- Xây dựng và mở rộng hệ thống NPP, đại lý và kênh GT.
- Phát triển kênh MT, HORECA & B2B, trực tiếp đàm phán với các khách hàng/đối tác trọng điểm.
- Duy trì quan hệ với NPP, đại lý và key accounts, đảm bảo tăng trưởng doanh số.
- Xây dựng cơ cấu đội ngũ, phân bổ và theo dõi KPIs/Sales Target.
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, coaching và tạo động lực cho đội ngũ kinh doanh.
- Kiểm soát ngân sách và chi phí bán hàng theo kế hoạch.
- Theo dõi, thu hồi công nợ và kiểm soát tỷ lệ nợ xấu/quá hạn dưới 3%.
Requirement
- Nam, 38-50 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Marketing, Thương mại hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Sales Director, National Sales Manager, Sales Manager hoặc Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh cấp cao.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành FMCG, đặc biệt là nước giải khát, nước khoáng/nước tinh khiết đóng chai hoặc thực phẩm.
- Có thành tích thực tế trong việc xây dựng hệ thống phân phối và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng doanh số.
- Quan hệ & Am hiểu thị trường.
- Có network tốt và sẵn có với hệ thống NPP, đại lý F&B/HORECA.
- Có quan hệ với Buyer/Purchasing của các hệ thống MT, siêu thị và chuỗi bán lẻ lớn.
- Am hiểu đặc thù vận hành và phát triển các kênh GT, MT, HORECA và B2B.
