Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty trong lĩnh vực sản xuất và thương mại lớn của Việt Nam , hiện đang tuyển Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh (ID 17343, lương cứng 50 triệu + % hoa hồng):
- Xây dưng hoàn thiện cơ cấu tổ chức thương hiệu kinh doanh theo mục tiêu kinh doanh của Công ty.
- Xây dựng chính sách và quản lý hoạt động bán hàng theo các kênh và khu vực
- Tổ chức họp cùng các quản lý bán hàng theo tuần, tháng, năm để kiểm soát hoạt động kinh doanh của thương hiệu.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng phong Kế toán để kiểm soát và thu hồi công nợ.
- Quản lý việc triển khai kế hoạch bán hàng, chính sách bán hàng, các hoạt động liên quan tới bán hàng của các vùng miền. Kiểm soát các hợp đồng, cam kết bán hàng, thực hiện doanh số của đại lý. Thực hiện các hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng, hậu mãi.
- Quan hệ với các sở ban ngành để sử lý các tồn tại về mặt hành chính.
- Tổ chức các hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng: Tổ chức du lịch khách hàng, các buổi hội nghị, hội thảo tổng kết.
- Tham mưu TGĐ về định hướng thị trường và tình hình kinh doanh nhằm đưa ra phương án kinh doanh ngắn hạn và dài hạn và phát triển hình ảnh thương hiệu.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Thú y, chăn nuôi thú y, bác sỹ thú y.
- 3-5 năm trở lên kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực thuốc thú y, thức ăn chăn nuôi.
