Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Giám Đốc Hành Chính & Nhân Sự (Tiếng Trung, Sản Xuất, ID21157, 1900USD):

1. Quản lý Nhân sự tổng thể
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng, đảm bảo đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân lực.
- Quản lý toàn bộ vòng đời nhân sự: tuyển dụng, tiếp nhận, điều chuyển, nghỉ việc.
- Kiểm soát hợp đồng lao động, hồ sơ nhân sự và tuân thủ pháp luật lao động.
- Quản lý chấm công, tiền lương, BHXH, phối hợp với tài chính và cơ quan nhà nước.
- Xây dựng và duy trì quan hệ lao động hài hòa, xử lý khiếu nại và tranh chấp.
- Kiểm soát rủi ro lao động, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật và chính sách công ty.
- Xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống đánh giá hiệu suất (KPI/OKR).
- Phát triển chương trình đào tạo, nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ.
- Xây dựng, cập nhật và giám sát thực thi các quy định, quy trình nội bộ.
- Quản lý tài sản, văn phòng phẩm, chi phí hành chính và hoạt động mua sắm.
- Điều phối công tác hậu cần: vệ sinh, an ninh, cảnh quan, dịch vụ thuê ngoài.
- Quản lý phương tiện công ty: xe cộ, bảo trì, bảo hiểm.
- Tổ chức các cuộc họp, tiếp đón đối tác, làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước.
- Đảm bảo vận hành hành chính, an toàn và trật tự trong nhà máy/văn phòng.
Requirement
- Độ tuổi: 28 – 40
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên (ưu tiên ngành Nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh…)
- Tối thiểu 3 năm ở vị trí Giám đốc HCNS
- Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm tại công ty sản xuất FDI quy mô từ 500 nhân sự trở lên
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo
- Am hiểu sâu toàn bộ mảng HCNS trong nhà máy sản xuất
- Nắm vững luật lao động, BHXH, quản lý rủi ro lao động
