Job Description

Quản lý và triển khai dự án linh kiện ô tô từ giai đoạn phát triển đến sản xuất hàng loạt, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
-
Theo dõi tiến độ, kiểm soát rủi ro theo quy trình APQP, đảm bảo dự án hoàn thành đúng hạn và đúng yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
-
Phối hợp nội bộ giữa các phòng ban và làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai.
-
Phát triển khách hàng và dự án mới, hỗ trợ công ty đạt mục tiêu doanh thu và mở rộng thị trường.
Requirement
-
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí/Điện.
-
Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án trong ngành linh kiện ô tô.
-
Thành thạo tiếng Trung, tiếng Anh cơ bản.
-
Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, nắm vững kiến thức về dung sai kích thước.
-
Am hiểu hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001 / IATF16949.
-
Thành thạo 5 công cụ cốt lõi ngành ô tô: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
-
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, tổ chức và khả năng làm việc độc lập tốt.
-
Có chứng chỉ PMP là lợi thế.
