Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là trường liên cấp của Việt Nam, đang tìm kiếm Giám đốc Điều Hành Trường Mầm Non ($1600, ID17017):
- Xây dựng kế hoạch và chiến lược phát triển trường mầm non.
- Quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ giáo viên và nhân viên.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng giảng dạy và chăm sóc trẻ.
- Giám sát việc thực hiện các chính sách giáo dục và quy định của pháp luật.
- Quản lý ngân sách, tài chính và cơ sở vật chất của trường.
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác với phụ huynh và cộng đồng.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học Sư phạm các chuyên ngành hoặc các ngành liên quan đến quản trị kinh doanh
- Từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc và quản lý tại các tổ chức giáo dục.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề và quản lý đội ngũ.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp trôi chảy.
