- Provide strategic advice, develop plans, and implement actions as per the directives from the Board of Directors (BOD) / Parent Company.
- Build a resource system and an international business team for the parent company's products.
- Prepare and present activity reports to the BOD / Parent Company.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the BOD / Parent Company.
- Oversee and take full responsibility for all company operations.
- Develop and promote the company’s brand.

Requirement
- Male/Female, 45-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields: Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, other engineering disciplines, International Trade, Business Administration, Diplomacy, etc.
- Have 05 years of exprience at CEO/General Manager/General Director in Construction/Steels Industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with an extensive network of relationships and customer database. Proven experience in building and managing international teams.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in senior roles such as Director/Department Head at companies within related industries such as Import-Export, Trade, Finance, Consulting, etc. Experience in steel structures/ pre-engineered steel buildings is an advantage.
- Fluently in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet international travel requirements
