Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a General Manager (Hotel, Negotiate, ID16805)
- Communicate organizational objectives clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external partners in professional Vietnamese and English.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies, set clear goals, define roles, and create actionable plans to achieve business targets.
- Oversee the creation and management of financial strategies to secure funding for new initiatives, optimize investment returns, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assess the performance of key executives to ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable legal frameworks, including corporate governance regulations and land title laws.
- Act as a liaison between the company and relevant regulatory bodies such as the Land Titles Registry and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
- Co-sign cheques and other financial documents alongside the CEO or Financial Controller, ensuring proper financial authorization.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Degree in Business Administration
- A minimum of eleven years of relevant experience in a similar role, with at least five years spent in the property development or property management sector.
- Good at English
- Managerial Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
