Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a General Manager (Hotel, Negotiate, ID 16682):
- Controlling spending and income to make sure GOP satisfies goals and specifications.
- Directing the sales team, consistently growing and broadening the network of partner clients, and utilizing innovative sales techniques to maximize profits in order to meet and surpass goals.
- Having direct promotion tactics in the hotel's major markets, as well as having particular strategies for each market at all times; and supporting marketing efforts that generate revenues right away.
- Overseeing the team's development and human resources while making sure everyone is motivated and engaged. ensuring that staff receive at least four hours of training every month.
- maintaining price and service quality control. ensuring that the group is aware of and follows SOPs. arranging and carrying out maintenance at the best possible price. Operations and maintenance must be prioritized concurrently.
- In addition to leading the team to provide standard services, the GM needs to regularly greet, connect directly and build relationships with guests. Focus on promoting the hotel’s ranking index
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 35-50 years old
- Graduate from university with majors in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration or a related field .
- Have 5 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, at least 2 years working as a Hotel/Resort Manager or higher
- Good at English
