Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a General Manager (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID17030)
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure maximum profitability while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract both domestic and international travelers.
- Optimize the hotel’s commercial performance through effective pricing and revenue management.
- Foster a performance-driven culture that aligns with the goals of key stakeholders: guests, employees, and owners.
Requirement
- Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a premium or midscale hotel, preferably within Asia.
- Fluency in English is required.
