Job Description

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to maximize profitability while ensuring exceptional service quality and a superior guest experience at all times.

Identify and execute strategic actions to attract both domestic and international travelers, enhancing the hotel’s appeal in competitive markets.

Lead initiatives that improve the hotel’s revenue performance, optimizing revenue streams across all departments including rooms, food & beverage, and services.

Foster a performance-driven work environment that aligns with the business objectives of key stakeholders, including guests, employees, and owners, driving productivity, engagement, and success.

Lead a diverse and dynamic team with a collaborative leadership style that empowers employees, encourages innovation, and drives team success.

Monitor and evaluate operational performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a premium or midscale hotel, preferably within Asia.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including rooms management, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and food & beverage services.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
