Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a General Accountant (Phone Components, $830, ID14055)
- Responsible for managing cash and bank transactions, and preparing bank payment applications via internet banking.
- Verify all purchasing invoices and prepare cash and bank vouchers, and input vouchers into FAST software.
- Manage monthly cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and report to the Manager.
- Issue VAT invoices for sales commission to customers.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly VAT and PIT returns for foreign and local staff, and ensure timely payment of taxes (VAT, PIT, CIT).
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal and tax law purposes in Vietnam.
- Maintain control over fixed assets according to company policy and legal requirements.
- Facilitate communication between the Vietnam and Singapore offices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Requirement
- Female. Age: 25-30 years old
- Graduated from University with a major in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting and tax finalization
- Good English
