Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a General Accountant ($1500, ID16794)
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records. Input transactions into the accounting system and ensure proper documentation for all entries.
- Help process invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger, ensuring all entries are correct and backed by the necessary documentation.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls to protect company assets and uphold the integrity of financial data.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department as required.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail sector
- Good at English
