Job Description
- Communicate directly with buyers: receive new inquiries, work on costing and product development until order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the Fabric and Trim teams to source suitable materials, obtain quotations, and submit quality samples for buyer approval.
- Follow up on sample development and check final samples according to buyer comments and measurement requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely information transfer throughout the development process.
- Maintain internal charts and systems to track sample status, costing, and approvals.
- Receive official purchase orders (POs), order confirmations, and related details from buyers via email or other channels, and hand over to the relevant teams for production preparation
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 35 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 2 years of experience as a Develop Merchandiser for FOB orders in jacket, knit, or outerwear products; Experienced in handling wash and dye garments.
- Good at English
