Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Front Office Manager (Hotel, 1200$, ID16586):
- Plan and implement the tasks of the reception department.
- Organize and assign work to supervisors and staff in the department.
- Check room rates on the system to ensure that information is updated accurately according to promotional programs, peak seasons, etc.
- Regularly check the uniform, style and working attitude of staff in the department.
- Urge, check, supervise and evaluate the performance of staff in the department.
- Support staff in the department to handle difficult requests from guests, complaints that subordinate staff cannot resolve.
- Coordinate with related departments to best meet requests, quickly resolve complaints so that guests are always satisfied.
- Save difficult complaints and appropriate solutions to guide staff to handle when encountering similar situations again.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 40 years old
- Graduated from university
- Having 02 year of experience in FOM position in hotel chains
- Good at English.
