Job Description
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in a dynamic hospitality environment:
- Lead, manage, and train the F&B team, ensuring all staff are well-trained, motivated, and provide excellent service.
- Develop, implement, and manage F&B operational standards, procedures, and policies.
- Oversee menu planning and development in collaboration with the Executive Chef to ensure the offerings meet the quality and guest expectations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food, beverage, and equipment to ensure cost control while minimizing waste.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best prices and high-quality products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, Events) to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through effective pricing, upselling, and special promotions.
- Analyze customer feedback and financial data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute F&B events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and improve service delivery to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional language skills are a plus.
