Job Description
We're hiring a Food and Beverage Manager:
- Lead, guide, and manage the entire food and beverage department, ensuring overall direction and performance.
- Supervise daily operations, drive new business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer experiences with top-notch food and beverage service.
- Oversee the creation and execution of fiscal budgets, aiming to achieve maximum revenue for the department.
- Develop and enforce department policies and procedures to enhance and maintain operational efficiency.
- Supervise operations, attract new customers and retain existing ones by delivering food and beverage services at an exceptional level of professionalism and sophistication.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage in a high-quality environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong technical expertise in fine dining, wines, and culinary arts.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and public relations skills.
- A strong passion for customer service and quality, with experience in employee selection, training, and motivation.
- In-depth knowledge of the casino industry, with the ability to promote company values and goals to employees, business partners, and the community.
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times.
