Job Description

We're hiring a Food and Beverage Manager:
  • Lead, guide, and manage the entire food and beverage department, ensuring overall direction and performance.
  • Supervise daily operations, drive new business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer experiences with top-notch food and beverage service.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of fiscal budgets, aiming to achieve maximum revenue for the department.
  • Develop and enforce department policies and procedures to enhance and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Supervise operations, attract new customers and retain existing ones by delivering food and beverage services at an exceptional level of professionalism and sophistication.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage in a high-quality environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong technical expertise in fine dining, wines, and culinary arts.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and public relations skills.
  • A strong passion for customer service and quality, with experience in employee selection, training, and motivation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the casino industry, with the ability to promote company values and goals to employees, business partners, and the community.
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times.
