Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finishing Manager (Furniture, 2000$, ID 16470):
- Oversee all painting processes, ensuring timely and correct production in accordance with quality requirements and specifications.
- Develop and enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to optimize departmental performance and ensure organizational well-being.
- Evaluate situations critically and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
- Contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Analyze financial data and statements to identify areas for improvement in profitability.
- Perform quality control checks and monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and train a team of painters and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Requirement
- Male, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3-5 years of working as the same position for Furniture factory size > 2000 employees
- Good at English
