Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance Specialist ($1200, ID13934)
- Examine the correspondence between invoices and reimbursement reports; monthly bookkeeping in AR - AP, general ledgerm, fixed assets, cost management modules in oracle software; issue invoices; conduct accounts reconciliation with clients and suppliers; properly file accounting vouchers and company files;
- Prepare for daily collection and payment management; create a cash plan for current and fixed deposits; budget and forecast cash flow; and conduct an exchange gain and loss analysis.
- Monthly financial reports, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, payroll, inventory, AR aging, and others, are your responsibility.
- Prepare supporting documents for external and internal audits;
- Declare quarterly VAT (value-added tax) and personal income tax.
- Assist the business department with inventory management and physical inventory checks on a monthly basis.
- In charge of preparing the monthly payroll
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 24-45 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 4 years of experience in similar position
- Having Chinese CPA qualification, ACCA qualification or related certificates is prefered
- Expertise in financial statements and tax reports
- Fluent in English (having Chinese language is a plus)
