Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Financial Controller (Manufacturing, 1400 USD, ID 17534)
- Lead and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and key insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to protect company assets and minimize risks.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to the President and senior management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency, optimize profitability, and support overall business objectives.
- Coordinate audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the President, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and recommendations for business growth.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of productivity, accountability, and professional growth.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 45 years old
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in FDI manufacturing companies
- Good at English
