Job Description
1. Strategic Planning & Corporate Management
-
Collaborate with the CEO to develop, implement, and oversee the company’s mid- to long-term development strategies.
-
Lead overall business planning and coordinate resource allocation across functional departments.
-
Establish and optimize scalable, professional operational management systems to drive efficiency and growth.
2. Financial Management & Investment Strategy
-
Design and execute short- and long-term financial strategies to optimize capital usage and maximize profitability.

Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, cost control, and ensure financial liquidity.

Identify, assess, and lead strategic investment opportunities; participate in capital raising activities and liaise with investors and financial institutions.
3. Operational Oversight
-
Supervise day-to-day activities of key departments including Finance & Accounting, Administration, HR, Legal, and other support units.

Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure operational alignment and organizational consistency.
4. Internal Control & Risk Management
-
Develop a robust internal control system to ensure regulatory compliance and financial transparency.
-
Proactively identify operational and financial risks, and implement effective prevention and control mechanisms.
5. External Relations & Corporate Representation
-
Represent the company in dealings with government agencies, strategic partners, key clients, and investors.

Lead negotiations for major contracts and financial or investment-related agreements.
6. Strategic Reporting & Advisory
-
Provide the CEO with in-depth analyses, periodic and ad hoc reports on financial and operational performance.

Deliver strategic recommendations to improve business performance and enhance the company’s market position.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of senior management experience in finance, operations, or corporate executive roles, with a proven track record in capital raising.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex organizational structures.
- Non-Vietnamese candidates must have at least 6 years of work experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
- Fluent in at least two of the following language pairs: Chinese – English, Chinese – Vietnamese, or Vietnamese – English.
- Preference given to candidates fluent in Chinese – Vietnamese or Chinese – English.
