Finance Manager (Open for expats)

Financial Analysis & Planning

• Analyze profitability of top customers and seasonal product styles.

• Review revenue, costs, and profitability of China & Vietnam operations.

• Monitor departmental spending, negotiate vendor contracts, and develop budgets.

• Identify major expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, creditors/debtors, WIP, stock).

• Ensure audit compliance with minimal variance from external auditors.

Accounting Management

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and intercompany transactions.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial records aligned with accounting standards.

• Monitor creditor payments per agreed terms.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure tax compliance in China & Vietnam.

• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.

• Identify areas for financial process improvement.

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and manage cash flow to support smooth operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and train the finance team.

Tax Planning

• Strategize tax planning to optimize legal tax payments across both operations.

IT & Cost Optimization

• Ensure IT tools and email systems are cost-efficient and effective.

Bad Debt Protection

• Conduct financial background checks on new and existing customers.

• Monitor credit terms and protect against bad debts via factoring/insurance.

Foreign candidate, Indian nationality preferred.

Strong background in finance, accounting, and international operations.

Proven leadership and analytical skills.

Experience in cost optimization, compliance, and risk management.
