Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance Manager (Manufacturing, ID21560, 1800USD)

1. Financial Management & Management Reporting

• Lead and oversee daily operations within the joint Finance and Accounting department.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.

• Ensure data precision and adhere strictly to month-end/year-end closing schedules and reporting deadlines (including CSW_AM closing packages).

• Assist the CFO in budgeting, financial forecasting, and monitoring key financial KPIs.

• Conduct detailed financial variance analyses and prepare executive presentation packages for senior leadership.

2. Cost & Manufacturing Accounting

• Monitor manufacturing costs, material consumption rates, and overhead allocations.

• Perform cost variance analyses and partner with operational teams to drive cost improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate inventory reconciliations, physical stock counts, and stock valuations.

3. Compliance & Audit Management

• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards (VAS/IFRS), tax regulations, and internal corporate policies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and tax authorities.

• Maintain proper, compliant archiving of accounting documentation and records.

• Male/Female, under 45 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
•  Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in similar positions within FDI / Global manufacturing plants.
• Chief Accountant Certificate or recognized professional financial credentials.
• Business-level English proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in ERP / SAP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
