Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance Manager (Manufacturing, $2400, ID-16892)
- Oversee all financial operations at the Vietnam manufacturing plant, including product costing, intercompany transactions, internal controls, and liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
- Responsible for monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, costing analysis, and ensuring tax compliance.
- Collaborate with the operations team and other departments to drive process improvements and financial efficiency in day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Lead cash flow monitoring and forecasting to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Determine and control the optimal structure of the company’s liabilities and capital.
- Manage company funds effectively while mitigating financial risks.
- Ensure timely preparation of the annual budget, monthly projections, quarterly budget reports, analyze key variances, and recommend actions.
- Review processes, systems, and operations to identify financial and operational risks, driving continuous improvements.
- Formulate and implement internal control policies, update financial guidelines, and provide instructions on financial and accounting matters.
- Monitor the implementation of procurement policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage treasury functions, including asset and liability management, investment performance, and maintaining banking relationships.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Degree in Business Management /Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 10 years solid working experience in Finance function, preferable in manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in managerial role.
- Good at English
