Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance Manager (Electronics, 3000USD, ID1212)
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring compliance with local accounting rules, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Review weekly and monthly financial reports to ensure timely preparation in accordance with local regulations or IFRS standards.
- Review and analyze reports to identify potential errors and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, legal and tax consultants, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual budget.
- Work closely with the Finance Director to lead improvement projects, including process enhancements within the Accounting Department, automation initiatives, and strengthening internal controls. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Production, IT) as needed.
- Provide guidance to warehouse supervisors in resolving daily operational issues.
- Work with the Production team and Warehouse staff to improve operational efficiency.
- Review weekly and monthly warehouse reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Director or as required by business needs.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35-46 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software systems
