Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Finance Manager (Construction, $3000, ID17118):
- Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects.
- Manage project costs, monitor expenses, and optimize spending to ensure financial efficiency.
- Oversee project accounting, verify expenditures, and prepare periodic financial reports.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and compliance with terms.
- Assess financial risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the finance team and collaborate with other departments to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure the financial health of the project.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
