Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trưởng Phòng Tài Chính ($1400, ID-17056)
- Giám sát việc tạo ra các báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng, hàng quý và hàng năm.
- Thực hiện dự báo tài chính, lập ngân sách và quản lý dòng tiền để thúc đẩy sự phát triển của công ty.
- Phân tích dữ liệu tài chính để xác định cơ hội giảm chi phí và cải thiện hiệu suất.
- Xây dựng, theo dõi và quản lý ngân sách các phòng ban.
- Đảm bảo phân bổ nguồn lực hợp lý để tối đa hóa hiệu quả hoạt động và hỗ trợ sự mở rộng của công ty.
- Giám sát độ chính xác và thời gian cập nhật của các hồ sơ kế toán, bao gồm các khoản phải thu, các khoản phải trả và lương.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các luật thuế địa phương, quy định và các tiêu chuẩn tài chính quốc tế.
- Hợp tác với kiểm toán viên bên ngoài và cơ quan thuế.
- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo tài chính chi tiết cho Giám đốc tài chính (CFO) và ban quản lý cấp cao.
- Đưa ra những nhận xét và khuyến nghị để cải thiện hiệu suất tài chính và kiểm soát chi phí.
- Dẫn dắt, chỉ đạo và phát triển đội ngũ tài chính.
- Đặt ra các mục tiêu rõ ràng và quản lý hiệu suất để xây dựng một phòng tài chính hoạt động hiệu quả.
- Xác định và giảm thiểu các rủi ro tài chính phát sinh từ điều kiện thị trường, đầu tư và hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Đảm bảo thiết lập và duy trì các kiểm soát nội bộ hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ; dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng Phòng Tài Chính, ưu tiên trong công ty sản xuất.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo.
