Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Senior Finance Manager ($5000, ID12993)
- Lead the organization's accounting and finance departments and provide them with insightful financial advice.
- Keep books and records of all transactions and assets, and maintain an accounting system.
- Create and evaluate accurate monthly financial and management reports
- Retain control over the general ledger, payables, receivables, billing, payroll, and expense reports.
- Help with the reporting, compliance, and reconciliation of funds.
- Carry out month-end closure tasks, such as overhead distributions, account reconciliations, and scheduling updates.
- Processing each of the aforementioned transactions and keeping an organized file system for accounting records.
- Creates cost estimates for new or unique products in order to set selling pricing and anticipate production.
- Maintains regular compiling of manufacturing costs for parts for payroll, inventory accountability, labor distribution, confirmation of actual costs, and variation analysis.
- Determines burden rates and creates budgets for manufacturing departments' expenses.
- Verifies and clears data on inventories, profit and loss adjustments, burden and expenditure items, and labor and material costs.
- Segregates the cost of production into labor, materials, and overhead.
- Construct, evaluate, and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses of gross margins by brand and client type.
- Analyze cost accounting data and help with physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Continue to verify internal controls and maintain internal control documentation.
- Create a thorough study of the accounts and reconcile the sales, cost, and liabilities accounts
- Review and analyze inventory and margin information; carry out investigations and analysis in relation to cost and profitability
- Determine and publish financial and operational metrics.
- Help with the creation of projections, annual budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Determine budgetary deviations and notify management of any significant difficulties.
- Establish a mechanism for managing cost reports.
- Offer financial analyses and models as required, particularly for contract negotiations, price choices, and capital investments.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related major
- At least 5 years working in the same position in manufacturing companies
- Having CPA is a plus
- Good command of English
