Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance & Accounting Team Leader ($1200, ID 17382):
- Oversee the finance team's operations directly and ensure that all legal and group obligations in Vietnam are met, including taxes, monthly and annual financial reporting, and keeping correct accounting records.
- Oversee all financial processes, controls, and procedures, including the year-end close process, management monthly reports, quarterly audit reports, and serving as the primary point of contact for group teams and external auditors.
- Compile and evaluate the Group's financial reports using both IFRS and VAS.
- To increase profitability, control expenses, and maximize cash flows, supervise financial management, keep an eye on financial outcomes, and offer business support.
- Supervise cash management, including operational cash flows and cash predictions.
- Oversee and cultivate a top-performing finance team with an emphasis on timely delivery, professional standards, and technical proficiency.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 38 years old
- Graduated from University
- Have 3 years of experience working in Big 4 accounting and auditing units, with at 1 year of experience in a management position
- Strong experience with VAS, IFRS
- Good at English
