Fashion Designer (Innerwear/Sportswear)

Creative Product Development & Execution:

• Spearhead design initiatives from initial ideation and mood board creation to tech pack execution and final sample review for lingerie, nightwear, and activewear ranges.

• Integrate material expertise (particularly lace, stretch fabrics, and delicate trims) into functional and visually compelling fashion collections.

Market Analysis & Trend Translation:

• Monitor Vietnamese fashion dynamics, consumer buying habits, and e-commerce trends to formulate market-relevant design proposals.

• Align design aesthetics with brand identity, commercial strategy, and seasonal merchandising goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:

• Collaborate closely with internal design teammates, product development units, and cross-office teams to meet strict collection launch schedules.

• Engage in direct English-language consultations and presentations with international clients and leadership.

• Leverage professional design software, incorporating 3D modeling and AI-driven design tools to optimize workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Background:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related creative disciplines.

• Ages 25 to 35. Candidate must provide a comprehensive Design Portfolio showcasing technical drawing and product development capabilities.

Professional Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specializing in lingerie, sleepwear, or activewear design.

• Candidates with strong backgrounds in domestic evening wear or bridal gown design (with heavy emphasis on lace and intricate fabric manipulation) will be strongly considered.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in standard industry design platforms; hands-on experience with 3D garment visualization software or AI design generators is a distinct advantage.

• Proactive attitude, open mindset, strong aesthetic sensibility, and willingness to adapt based on constructive design feedback.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal), capable of presenting design concepts and conducting daily business interactions with foreign executives and external partners.
