Factory Manager (Garment, Open For Expat)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Factory Manager (Garment, Open For Expat, $6000, ID5490)

• Create a production schedule and oversee the production process.
• Assign tasks and evaluate the performance of each department in the factory.
• Determine the budget and the standards for quality.
• Keep an eye on the production process and modify the schedule as necessary.
• Optimizing the use of resources (labor, raw materials, etc.) to manufacture garment products.
• Coordinating the regular upkeep and repairs of production machinery.
• Keep an eye on product standards and put quality control initiatives in place.
• Assist managers and supervisors in carrying out the objectives and policies of the organization.
• Monitor the use of materials and consumables during the production process.
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
• Make sure the health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Monitoring job performance and competency evaluations of employees.
• Plan and implement training and coaching sessions for staff.

• Male/Female
• Graduated from college or higher degree. 
• Having 08 years of experience in the garment industry, of which 5 years were in a similar position factory management. 
• Having working experience at processing factory for huge brands. 
• Good at English and  Chinese language
