Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Factory Manager (3000$, ID13774)
- I am planning the necessary equipment, materials, and personnel for each order to ensure continuous production; Assigning work to department heads and production supervisors.
- Develop, supplement and amend production instructions, and product quality control procedures, and implement product description documents.
- Supervising the production process, and the working process of workers, line leaders, and department heads...
- Monitor production progress; Set quality goals for the production department and promptly conduct evaluation and monitoring.
- Organize periodic repair and maintenance of production machines and equipment.
- Make a plan to purchase new machinery and equipment to serve the production needs of the enterprise and submit it to superiors for approval.
- Recruiting personnel and planning training, evaluating new employees
- Advise the company's Board of Directors and related departments on product improvement and labor productivity issues.
Requirement
- Male; Age: 35 - 45 years old
- Graduated university
- Have 7 - 10 years of experience working in the wood manufacturing field (with 5 years in the position of Factory Manager at a wood manufacturing factory)
- Have a good command of English
