Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Factory Director ($5000, ID13937)
- Responsible for all production activities of the factory according to the set goals.
- Develop plans and production targets for the Factory in accordance with the company's goals.
- Implement, organize, and monitor the implementation of approved plans.
- Assign work and evaluate the performance of each department in the factory.
- Build a system of quality standards according to ISO standards and ensure product quality as required.
- Manage the entire system of machinery, equipment, and facilities in the factory.
- Monitor the use of raw materials and consumables in the production process.
- Propose methods to improve the system to improve productivity, and product quality and reduce risks in production.
Requirement
- Male; Age: 40 - 55 years old
- Graduated from university
- Have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position in garment/textile factories (with a scale of over 1000 people)
- Fluent in English
