Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a F&B Manager (Restaurant, 1200$, ID16787)
- Engage with guests in a positive manner, promoting hotel services and facilities.
- Address and resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Organize special events in the restaurant, such as receptions.
- Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure guest service expectations are met.
- Interview, hire, train, supervise, counsel, and manage restaurant staff for smooth operations.
- Conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to communicate essential information, including house count and menu changes.
- Schedule and direct staff work assignments for efficient operation.
- Oversee restaurant and kitchen areas to monitor and ensure food quality and service standards are met.
- Check food temperatures, assess appearance, taste, and preparation methods to ensure product quality.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
- Friendly, patient, proactive, well-organized, and highly responsible.
