Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for an Export Sales Manager (Rubber, $4000, ID16186):
- Create and implement a thorough export sales plan in line with the overarching aims and objectives of the firm.
- Establish benchmarks and KPIs for export sales, and track results to make sure objectives are met.
- Create and develop an international network of partners, agents, and distributors to increase the company's footprint in important areas.
- Create and put into action export pricing plans that optimize revenue while maintaining a competitive edge in global marketplaces.
- Take the lead in developing local alliances, product localization, and market entrance strategies to break into new markets.
- Negotiate and close export deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, export controls, and industry standards.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with international sales, including currency fluctuations, political risks, and cultural differences.
- Lead and manage a team of export sales professionals, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree majoring in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration...or a related field
- Have 10 years of experience in export sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role in the rubber industry
- Know shipping, documents, and export document to EU Market
- Good command of English
