Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Executive Assistant to General Director (Japanese & Chinese, ID21119, 2000 USD):
- Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese/English in:
- Meetings with authorities, partners, clients, and internal departments
- Daily communications as requested by the General Director
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural appropriateness in all translations
- Translate business documents and internal communications when required
- Assist the General Director in:
- Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinating with department heads to follow up on instructions
- Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and action plans
- Support communication between BOD and local teams
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely execution
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 41 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Chinese, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience as: Interpreter or Executive Assistant to General Director
- Experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred)
- Chinese (Mandarin): HSK5 or above
- English: Ability to write professional emails
