Job Description
- Develop and execute client engagement and retention plans across the customer journey for brands and boutiques, including brand events, boutique activations, watch exhibitions, and press conferences.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
- Manage event budgets and invoicing for each activation or event.
- Oversee event execution and coordinate agency/project team progress and deliverables.
- Source suppliers for marketing activities, including decorations, gifts, F&B, and event materials/tools.
- Manage and maintain marketing assets, tools, and corporate gifts.
- Collaborate closely with brands, boutiques, and cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and client communication/reconnection activities, ensuring consistent customer engagement and alignment with business goals.
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the team based on project requirements.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, 25 - 36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Event Marketing within luxury retail industries, preferably for high-end watch brands, cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, 5-star services/hospitality, or automotive sectors.
- Proficient in English communication skills.
