Job Description

Machine Maintenance & Optimization:
-
Oversee industrial machines' maintenance, repair, and servicing to ensure optimal performance.
-
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
-
Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
-
Monitor and improve the efficiency of sewing machines, reducing defects and increasing productivity.

Team Leadership & Training:
-
Lead and manage a team of mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring effective execution.
-
Provide technical training and skill development programs for the maintenance team.
-
Foster a proactive and solution-oriented culture within the team.

Spare Parts & Equipment Management:
-
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables for sewing machines.
-
Ensure timely procurement of necessary tools and replacement parts to avoid production delays.
-
Work with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components at cost-effective rates.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
-
Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and longevity of sewing equipment.
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
-
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring mechanical issues.

Requirement
- Male; Under 45 years old.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance within the garment or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines.
- Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process optimization.
- Leadership & Management: Proven ability to manage technical teams and implement structured maintenance programs.
- Language: Good at English.
