Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Equipment Manager (Electronics, $1200, ID 19868):
  • Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of all production machinery and automated testing systems.
  • Lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related equipment failures.
  • Implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize downtime and enhance the lifespan of high-precision equipment.
  • Ensure all technical processes align with the quality standards required.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of technical staff and engineers.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports on equipment performance, repair history, and budget requirements for spare parts.
  • Ensure all technical activities comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and 5S standards.

Requirement

  • Male; Under 40 years old. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in technical/equipment management within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with high-precision camera module assembly is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English (required for technical documentation and reporting).
