Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Equipment Manager (Automobile, $3000, ID 16796):
- Lead and supervise the drafting and product engineering functions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of systems aimed at enhancing the quality of engineering services.
- Oversee the entire order launch process to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Guarantee that job preparations for manufacturing are completed within the required time frame.
- Develop and address engineering issues, while ensuring machine specifications align with operational needs.
- Provide engineering support to production, addressing all aspects of product design, development, costing, and application.
- Drive initiatives to improve engineering support to customers and internal departments through technology, training, communication, and engineering best practices.
- Coordinate continuous improvement programs and activities, working closely with employees to foster innovation.
Requirement
- Male: Under 50 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, with a strong focus on Equipment Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same positions in the automotive industry.
- Solid experience and knowledge in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
