Job Description
Our client is a VN-invested company, now looking for a English Teacher and Classroom Quality Supervisor (Education, $1200, ID17081)
- Train and evaluate teachers on teaching methods, workflows, and materials.
- Address and resolve teaching-related issues raised by teachers.
- Implement policies to improve teacher quality and foster team collaboration.
- Monitor class recordings and resolve any academic issues.
- Ensure proper student placement based on proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement training materials for teachers, focusing on the online teaching model.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Education, Educational Management, English Language, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, with over 1 year of experience in teacher training or similar roles.
- Good communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900 and above).
- A Master’s degree in English Language or English Teaching is preferred.
