Job Description
What is “debt settlement”?
Debt settlement is the process of negotiating with creditors to reduce the total amount owed. It’s typically used by consumers who are experiencing financial hardship and can’t keep up with minimum payments. Rather than paying the full balance, the goal is to reach an agreement to pay a reduced lump sum or structured payments.
1/ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working hours: 21:00 - 06:00, 23:00 - 08:00 or 00:00 - 09:00, 5 days/ week (working by US business hours).
- Conduct customer care calls to customers. Guide and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions when participating in the company's service.
- Resolve client complaints and inquiries within the designated scope.
- Advise on the best solutions to address customer issues. Monitor, collect, upload, and process documents provided by customers.
- Handle emails/calls from customers and company partners.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client issues. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, policies, and cultural standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.
Requirement
- Fluency in English, accent US (work with customers/partners and banks in the US, work with English 100%, IELTS 7.5 or above/equivalent, speaking skill 7.0 or above). Preference given to candidates who are international students from English-speaking countries or have previously lived in the US/UK.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service Specialist/Customer Care Specialist/Customer Relationship Specialist/Processor Representative positions or related positions.
- Proficiency in meticulous attention and focus on every detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Good health condition, and able to work night shifts.
- Proficient in time management, task progress management, and tight team management in a high-pressure environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates who:
+ Can start working immediately, attend interviews, and start work promptly.
+ Have previous experience working in banks/financial organizations and possess a solid understanding of customer service practices.
+ Have previously worked with US banks.
