Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Engineering Manager ($3400, ID-12989)
- Performing engineering design, new product design, and complex ECRs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance technical, time, and cost constraints.
- Oversees the department's daily operations.
- Constructive and timely performance evaluations are provided.
- Leads and coordinates various engineering functions and operations such as quality assurance, testing, production, and R&D of new and existing product lines.
- Facilitates communication between clients/customers and engineers, ensuring that specifications, budgets, and deadlines are communicated and understood clearly.
- Serves as project manager for several projects, developing timelines and cost estimates, and organizing.
- Collaborative meetings, as well as ensuring that projects adhere to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Examines work and projects for technical correctness.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards. Reviews work and projects for technical accuracy.
- Maintains knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; applies this knowledge to continuously improve product lines and manufacturing efficiency.
- Interviews, hires, and trains new engineering staff.
Requirement
- Male/Female; under 45 years old.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same position in mechanical processing companies is required.
- Good command of English.
- Solid knowledge in planning and strategy.
