Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Electrical PE Engineer (1100 USD, ID-17789)
- Manage the development process of new metal components.
- Conduct DFM reviews and align designs with the R&D team.
- Experience in managing regulatory compliance for new products is a plus.
- Ensure full adherence to the quality management system requirements, including FMEA, control plans, and TCM.
- Take ownership of quality improvement, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and cycle time optimization.
- Assess component quality and monitor supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to lead prototyping activities, ensuring products meet all specified requirements.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues, evaluate technical feasibility, and support design optimization.
- Work closely with team leaders across departments to drive product quality improvements.
- Provide technical support to production in response to job-related requests.
- Take charge of both pre-production and mass production stages to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Continuously improve processes to increase capacity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and submit regular updates to the Production Engineering leader. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Male/female, under 38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in metal or mechanical product manufacturing.
- Experienced in working with the SAP system..
- Good at English
