- Manage and coordinate a team of 3–4 site supervisors responsible for supervising the electrical installation work for Japanese industrial plant projects.
- Directly supervise on-site activities to ensure construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Review and verify electrical system design drawings to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with actual site conditions.
- upervise subcontractors and coordinate with related departments and Japanese investors throughout project implementation.
- Report construction progress and technical issues to Japanese management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and construction site safety regulations.
Requirement
- Male, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a team leader position for electrical supervision, especially on Japanese industrial plant projects.
- Proven experience in on-site supervision and managing subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of technical standards and regulations for electrical systems; must be able to accurately interpret and check design drawings (AutoCAD 3D, Revit – not directly involved in design but must be able to verify accuracy).
- Solid knowledge of electrical safety and occupational safety in construction.
- Good English communication skills for reporting and coordination with Japanese managers and clients.
