Job Description

EHS Manager (Manufacturing, ID 19574) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $1.600/month salary + opportunities to grow! 

 

  • Wastewater Treatment System
  • Supervise operation and maintenance activities.
  • Train system operators, conduct sampling, and prepare regulatory/internal reports.
  • Chemical Treatment System Before Powder Coating
  • Oversee maintenance and operation.
  • Report nonconformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Waste Management
  • Supervise collection, classification, and storage of waste.
  • Coordinate emergency response activities.
  • Manage waste-related records and documentation.
  • Fire Protection System
  • Monitor system status and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate incident handling and organize fire safety training.
  • Emissions Monitoring
  • Perform periodic inspections of exhaust air quality.
  • Maintain operation and incident logs.
  • Recommend upgrades or technology improvements.
  • Water & Electricity Consumption Management
  • Establish and maintain monitoring systems.
  • Analyze consumption trends and propose efficiency measures.
  • Prepare reports for management evaluation.
  • Safety Training
  • Develop periodic training plans for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Organize practical training activities and assess effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records in compliance with ISO and legal requirements.
  • Legal Document Management
  • Monitor and update HSE-related regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure company permits and certifications are maintained and updated.
  • Manage legal and technical document database.
  • Conduct compliance checks and report to management.
  • Supplier HSE Capacity Management
  • Assess supplier competencies related to HSE.
  • Establish and update evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct monitoring, improvement, and provide training/support.
  • Periodic Health Check-ups
  • Coordinate with HR and medical providers to organize examinations.
  • Monitor examination contents and manage health records.
  • Prepare health reports for management and authorities.
  • Suggest improvements to working conditions.
  • Occupational Disease Control
  • Identify hazardous factors (chemicals, dust, noise, vibration).
  • Propose engineering measures, PPE requirements, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate specialized health examinations for high-risk groups.
  • Work with HR on compensation policies.
  • Support treatment and rehabilitation for affected employees.
  • Compliance Assessment and Inspection
  • Prepare inspection and assessment plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and compliance assessments.
  • Prepare reports and follow up on improvement actions.
  • Provide training and communication on compliance requirements.
  • HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMETA, etc.)
  • Conduct reporting, internal audits, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage HSE-related permits and documentation.
  • Update procedures, regulations, and forms.
  • Conduct self-assessments and provide evidence when required.
  • Train personnel on equipment and material safety documents.
  • Supervise gardeners and cleaning staff.
  • Oversee pest control activities.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene compliance in the company canteen.

Requirement

  • Male; Female; Under 40 years old. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HSE Manager or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good at English.
