Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for the HSE Deputy Manager (Food, $1500, ID13933)
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health, safety and waste treatment
- Control and support daily operational HSE activities to prevent incident/ accident at plants
- Supervise and evaluate compliance to corporate requirements in Safety, Health and Environment
- Update lastest legal regulations in HSE and plan the training programs for direct subordinates as well as to update knowledge of safety program developments.
- Plan, implement and coordinate programs to reduce or eliminate occupational accidents, illnesses, deaths and financial losses.
- Proposing improved solutions to reduce risks, accidents, and environmental pollution in factories.
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Supervise and evaluate compliance to corporate requirements in Safety, Health and Environment
- Analyze accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts

Requirement
- Male; Ages: 30 - 40 years old
- Graduated from university degree with majoring in engineering, environmental science, safety, industrial hygiene or related fields
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in HSE management for food/food ingredients manufacturing company.
- Strong in establishing safety system for manufacturing industry.
- Good at English
