Planning & Tendering Director

Our client is a big contractor, now looking for a Planning & Tendering Director ($3000, ID12893):

• Prepare and adjust quarterly, annual and long-term business plans of company
• Check and monitor the implementation of the plan in order to promptly propose solutions.
• Gather economic information, policy regimes, market prices and related information to ensure effective participation in bidding, negotiation and signing of contracts.
• Develop and regularly inspect, evaluate and implement construction estimates, economic and technical norms, materials, tools, and consumption of raw materials.
• Analyze economic efficiency, propose project implementation plan.
• Developing and implementing business plans for the investment company's products.
• Building a common database of bid prices divided by construction fields
• Proposing measures to manage, preserve and distribute supplies and raw materials to ensure quantity, quality, production and business progress and project efficiency.
• Cooperate with the Investor on arising documents, payment records of investment projects completed works.
• Develop bidding plans and standards for bidding documents to be submitted for projects and works invested by the Company.
• Prepare investment research report, material summary table, investment capital settlement for each project
• Search and negotiate purchase contracts.

• Male/ Female; Age: 40-45 years old
• University graduate majoring in Construction, Transportation or related majors
• From 08 years of experience at the same position
• Have 03 years of experience as a Project manager in the fields of construction, transportation, irrigation
• Good command of English
