Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $1000/month salary awaits! We're hiring an Ecommerce Manager (Pet food, ID 19779) for a foreign investment company:
- Oversee the complete setup and operation of the Shopee Mall/Official Store or other required e-commerce platforms, including managing product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory performance.
- Plan and implement the 2026 sales calendar.
- Take full responsibility for the e-commerce channel’s P&L, monitoring GMV, Net Sales, and contribution margins.
- Develop and deliver the annual sales budget and targets dedicated to the e-commerce channel.
- Monitor online receivables and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely settlement in line with agreed credit terms.
- Produce monthly e-commerce sales reports, sales forecasts, and maintain digital customer databases for management evaluation.
- Traffic & Conversion: Oversee and optimize e-commerce marketing tools, including but not limited to Shopee Ads, Flash Sales campaigns, and Discovery Ads, to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Off-Platform to On-Platform: Implement CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solutions) campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to redirect external traffic to the e-commerce platform.
- Shopee Live & Engagement: Develop and manage the livestream strategy, along with in-app content planning, to strengthen community interaction and engagement within the platform.
- External Management: Supervise and maintain partnerships with e-commerce enablers and third-party logistics (3PL) service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- In-House Capability: When required, develop and establish internal fulfillment operations and the company website, including warehouse setup, packaging guidelines, and integration with shipping systems
- Traditional Support: Plan and manage the development of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and offline activation activities whenever e-commerce campaigns align with brick-and-mortar retail efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand image and visual identity for the pet food brand across both the e-commerce platform and physical pet stores.
Requirement
- Male; Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5-10 years of experience in an E-Commerce Manager/Supervisor position, strong in Shopee channel for the Petfood or FMCG industry, strong in developing and building channels, and driving sales from scratch.
- Good at English
