Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an E-Commerce Manager (FMCG, $4000):
- Oversee and drive performance across B2C, D2C, and B2B channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and contribution margin (CM) goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies and promotional events.
- Work closely with accounting, logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient B2C and D2C operations.
- Analyze sales data, advertising effectiveness, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key B2B partners.
- Manage online wholesaler pricing and monitor unauthorized resellers.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 50 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- 5 - 10 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including category management, marketing, and logistics in FMCG/Retail preferred.
- Strong expertise in B2C operations, sourcing, and e-commerce platform merchandising.
- Proficiency in English
